Condition :
- The applicant must be of French nationality and his/her parents must be resident in the Rhone department.

These loans are not subject to interest charges and are not re-evaluated. They must be paid back in the five years that follow their attribution.
The maximum amount attributed is 1800 euros.

Application forms can be obtained from the Conseil Général during the third term of the year preceding that for which the loan is demanded. All forms must be returned by 15 October.
For loans from other departments, contact the relevant Conseil Général.
