This public organization does not have specifically reserved residences for students. However it has 2 600 accommodations in the Bron-Parilly area, near the Campus of Bron, including 1 300 T1 and T2. These flats are generally proposed to students. The procedure remains the same for all, you must constitute a complete file.

Rents are cheaper than classic rental. Moreover, loads of water and heating are included in the rent.
Example of price :
T1 : 145 euros+45 euros(loads) =190 euros
T2 : 200 euros+70 euros(loads) =270 euros
The housing benefits is APL for all accommodations.
